So far...

...so good. Tried the granola this morning with some coconut milk. Pretty tasty. I'll have to try the milk out in my coffee. That will be the real test. Actually, using stevia will be the real test.

  1. Thanks for posting that granola recipe. Question...how many days does it make for?

    1. Servings-about 9 - 3/4 cup servings

I really like it with raisins or dried blueberries. You can also use whatever kind of nut you like. If you like walnuts it is really good with them. Just use 4 cups total on the nuts and use as many as you like.

    1. I actually add the raisins or blueberries to it when I eat it. As for the dates in the recipe, you could probably sub any dried fruit for them, but you really son't taste the dates. I'm not crazy about them either. They are there to help bind it a little and to add some sweetness. I bet dried cherries would be really good!

I have tried both milks and although either is okay (you have to look for unsweetened if you are going to be "paleo")I think I might prefer the coconut. I didn't like the almond milk in my coffee but it was fine on the granola.
