Love this. I've made watermelon margaritas for years and thought there was nothing that could be better. For the first time in my life, I was wrong. That is not an easy thing to admit, BTW. Here is what I came up with. Substitute coconut rum for the tequila for a great daiquiri
Coconut Watermelon Margarita
1 can frozen limeade concentrate
1 can* coconut water
1/2 can* canned coconut milk
1/2 can* silver tequila-100% agave
2 inch chunks frozen watermelon**
lime wedges or small watermelon chunks for garnish
Place everything but the ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Then wither pour over crushed ice or put the ice in the blender and blend to desired consistency. Salt the rims of your glasses and garnish if you want.

**I puree the watermelon and freeze it in ice cube trays. Perfectly sized chucks.
